Continued education is expected and provided for all our stylists. Keeping up with the newest techniques and the constant honing of our craft allows us to provide the highest quality service to our clients.
The Ateliers113 experience is unique and tuned to each individual client, our prices reflect that level of our commitment to providing high quality products and services. Service pricing is a reflection of stylist level of experience and expertise. Please be advised that booking an appointment with a different stylist may result in different service pricing, please speak to our front desk associate for any further pricing inquiries.
New Client Policy
Ateliers 113 Salon requires a consultation for all first-time clients. This is done to ensure that the client and stylist have a mutual understanding of the desired results for the service being booked. We require new clients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, so the consultation does not take away from the scheduled service time.
Ateliers 113 Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients may reschedule or cancel any upcoming appointments free of charge, so long as they do so at least 24 hours before said appointment(s). Repeated cancellations will be noted in client profile, and failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in an additional charge for repeat offenders. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. Failure to attend an existing appointment without giving the salon any notice (no call no show) will result in a 100% service charge.
Salon clients may exchange any retail product purchased so long as they do so within 14 days of purchase. Products being exchanged must be unopened, used retail products are not eligible for return nor exchange. Defective products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Credit Card Policy
Ateliers 113 Salon accepts cash, checks, and all major debit and credit cards. If you feel that your service was exceptional, customary gratuity is 10-20% of your service. However, we do not accept gratuity tips on debit or credit cards. Gratuity tips left via check must be made out to cash (gratuity can also be left for stylists using the Venmo app).
Should you need to have a previous service altered or adjusted, we ask that you book an appointment for a redo within one week of your initial service. Redos scheduled more than a week after the original service or with another stylist may result in additional charges.
Ateliers 113 Salon requires a deposit when booking special services. Consultations at Ateliers 113 are included with your service, should you need to schedule the consult separate from the service a deposit will be collected and credited to your next appointment. A 50% deposit is required when booking appointments for weddings and special events as well as keratin straightening treatments (Brazilian and Cezanne) and extensions. Said deposit will be credited towards the total cost of service when checking out.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
